ALERT!!

This may be a side effect from the  pulses presently being detected by Elfrad.
We hope not, however evidence from other sites, indicates the source is east of
this location which would be this direction. Anyone having further information
please contact this email address.

Another dead bottlenose dolphin reportedly was seen in the Neuse River, this one
at the mouth of
Clubfoot Creek.
The caller reportedly observed the dead animal, which was described as a female
with a partially
born calf, floating mid-stream in the channel. When investigators arrived in the
area by boat,
however, the marine mammal's carcass could not be located.
"It's really blowing out here," said Neuse River Keeper Tom Jones, from the
river. "She'll
probably wash up on shore somewhere in the next two or three days."
If the sighting is confirmed, that would make six dead bottlenose dolphins in
the area between
Clubfoot Creek and New Bern in less than a month. The latest report is the only
one that has not
been confirmed.
"We found out last night about another animal sighted on the third of May," said
marine mammal
stranding coordinator Robin Baird. "There have been eight in the Neuse estuary -
seven since the
third of May."
Two of the eight dead dolphins were sighted much farther downstream.
Although nearly 200 marine mammals are stranded or die in North Carolina waters
each year,
Baird said the number of dead dolphins sighted in our area this month is highly
unusual.
It is not known why the animals died, although none had obvious injuries or
wounds.
The public is asked to report any dead marine mammals by calling Baird at 252
728-8762.

Kent sent a link by request to your web site to WBTV news. They are
looking into the dolphin situation on the coast.

Thanks for the info, I'll be watching for further.  Still no concrete evidence concerning the source of the square pulse signal other than being East of here.  Another ELFRAD station 160 miles West of here is recording the same signal but at a lower amplitude.  It is twice as far to the coastal area.

ELFRAD

Charlie, Iam a fan of yours and a visitor to your sight (I miss the turning Gizmo). I am also a friend of Kent and an Intel specialist since the 1960's. There is evidence to suggest that an area of the ocean bottom south and west of The Azores is showing signs of splitting. The intel rumor is that a land mass is rising from the depths. The other end of it is Northeast of Bimini. The Gov't is doing low level sonar test sweeps in an attempt to determine:a. Is this Real?b. Is it a military threat?c. Is it a Lost Island or Continent?             andd. Can we profit from it in and covert or overt manner?? Their sonar matches your wave pattern in most aspects. Whales, Dolphins, and like creatures + bats and birds are the most affected. The tests run till October 1, 2001 (The Gov't expects a magnetic or poler shift on a global scale during that period). Your elfrad detectors shouldn't be picking it up but their pattern is un-refined and poorly focused and they do not care about that or the effects on the planet or wildlife as usual. Kent, You or Charlie can post, my group and I must stay : Anony Mous

Hi!

I read your post at RMN and wanted to tell you we have
heavy chemming today, in lieu of a front that is to
bring rain tomorrow. I believe we will not get it or
be inundated. This weather mod is tied in with ELF so
I wanted to share this with you as well. I also live
near a river, one mile up from the shore, and will
share with you anything I notice when I go down to it
tomorrow. We had a number of dead jellyfish and fish
in July, perhaps when the last strong burst was in
effect, and I reported it to the Game commission but
they did nothing. We had never seen anything like it,
and I was very concerned. I will keep in touch. It is
good to know there are others out there concerned with
ELF effects, I know so few!

Can I ask, is it good to spend alot of time in the
water when they are strong to balance the body's
energy and form a shield so to speak? I read this was
a viable option to counter ELF but wanted to ask if
you heard this, with your experience researching and
tracking ELF activity.

Thanks for your post at RMN.

We live in New Mexico.  My Husbands parents own a Cattle Ranch.  They
have lost more cows in the past three months than in the history of the
Ranch (in such a short period of time).

I just lost 207 fish with in two weeks.  But only the ones out side.
The ones inside seem to be doing fine.  I sent them to Florida
University for a diagnosis.  The only thing they could figure it could
have been is my water quality?  We have well water.  I could not save
even one of them.  The water never killed them before and it is not
killing my other fish inside.

Then, out of the blue, my sister in laws 4 year old dog just died.  They
suspect a bacterial infection?
My dog is acting very strange too.  She never and I mean never barks.
All the sudden we can't shut her up.

We are not on the east coast, but I have been wondering my self what is
going on.

Anyway, it may not be connected, but you asked for a report.

Kindest regards,

Rev. Vikki

Another report of unusual animal behavior.

C

I was forwarded a copy of your request for reports of unusual animal
behavior.  As part of an ongoing project of my own, I collect information on
interspecies interaction.

In the last month I noted the following incidents:

1. A horse in Colorado jumped a fence and killed a four year old child
playing in the yard.  One of the child's arms was ripped off.

2.  In Florida an otter came out of the water to attack a Huskie.  The dog
was dragged into the water and drowned.

3. In Norway, a swan attacked an elderly woman and twice submerged her.

4.  In Florida again, an elderly man with Altsheimers disease was found dead
near a pond.  He had bled to death from an unspecified number of alligator
bites.

If any of these fall within the type of information you seek, I will provide
additional information.

Perhaps we can arrange to exchange information in the future.

Here are a couple of links  relating to LFAS

For your info, anon letters

I was just about to write to you about this, when I  pulled down this latest
message.  Last week, while at the ECS in Rome I  heard that 2 sperm
whales--possibly mother and calf--5 turtles and 1  striped dolphin stranded
in Calabria(?) South Italy.  Just this morning I  received confirmation that
they are currently testing LFA in the Ligurian Sea.  This is all I know at
the moment.
--------------
As a matter of fact, Charlie, in the last week i have noted an unusual number
of dead birds in odd places of a variety of species.  They've been just out
in parking lots etc. laying there, dead of no apparent cause.  We had an
incident like this some months back with no determined cause; speculation was
poisoned corn, etc., but i don't recall any definate conclusion.  Of course,
we're a goodly ways from the coast, so i don't know if this is even
geographically relevant to your query.
---------
Hi Charlie,
I guess this really can't have anything to do with Florida
experiencing the worst drought in history?  Also the worst winter in
history?  There are fish deaths inland due to drought they say.  In my
area there seems to be a huge population explosion in foxes and
squirrels.  Surely not related though.  I've lived here (in central
Florida) more than 50 years and things just seem to be out of wack.
    Have a nice day,  Trudy

Kent,

Received this from the coastal area where high military exercises are ongoing.
Could be related to the pulse transmission.

Charlie,

A Large Rift is forming on the Ocean Bottom No. East of Bimini. Three of our Nuclear Summarines are circumnavigating it as we speak. There is some crustal movement but no vulcanism or seismic activity at this time. Three LARGE Surtass units have been deployed by surface vessals in an attempt to track the course of the subs as well as triangulate anything which may come through or rise from the rift. More like a door opening than a island rising. More later. As the Polar Ice melts in Antarctica, something is also rising from the depths under Lake Vostock. Like a boyancy bubble rising through a door opening. Can you monitor this area or coroberate???
