Hi Kent,

Here is an e-mail that I sent to by Jan Alvestad, webmaster of "Solar Terrestrial Activity Report" http://www.dxlc.com/solar/

Thanks for all your hard work... hope your getting a few buckaroos here and there.... I' ve paypaled you a small pittance.

Hi Jan,

First off, I want to thank you for the effort you put into your website, "Solar Terrestrial Activity Report". I view it almost every day. My interest is as an amateur astronomer watching history being made during cycle 23. I visit many websites that are devoted to Old Sol's activity, and your is my favorite.

Now, check out these graphs of yours! The first one is from April, May, June, 2000 where you (or the scientific community??) says cycle 23 sunspot peaked. The next graph is the present. How can this be disputed... ???? Certainly either the sunspot number for cycle 23 is happening right now, or will do so *in the future*.
