The missing nukes incident may be a failed "Dr. Strangelove" episode. I doubt we have gotten the full story.

There may be a traitorous rogue faction within the military that intended to nuke a handful of American cities using U.S. nukes and blame the surprise attack on al-Qaeda or the Iranians, as justification for launching nuclear war against Iran or Pakistan or Afghanistan, and establishing martial law in the United States.
However, it appears there was another faction that intervened and nipped the plans in the bud. GOOD!

I am pleased to see that it appears that some folks are not buying the Air Force's story that five or six adjustable yield (150KT max yield) nukes were "accidentally" loaded onto a B-52 and prepositioned for deployment to the Middle East. Fortunately, some officers noticed the bombs and reported their sighting to the Army Times, whereupon the jig was up for the nonce, leaving the Air Force to try to cover up the stratagem by portraying the Air Force's custodians of thermonuclear weapons as being as careless as Keystone Kops. Of course, that was for public consumption and who knows if the brain dead public are awake enough to think about the elaborate safeguards that are used in the handling and administration of nuclear weapons?
Those who question the truth of the Air Force's story are correct to do so. The cover story is clearly false. Suffice it to say that nuclear weapons are very clearly designated as such and are always stored, accessed and administered in a way that makes it utterly impossible for them to be inadvertently loaded onto a B-52's weapons racks. For starters, they aren't even colored the same on the outside as conventional armaments (in an effort to avoid such mistakes under stressful situations), as anyone who has been around them knows. The "mistake" story is a bold-faced lie (another one to put atop the Everest of lies which is the legacy and chief product of the Bush-Cheney Administration).
While the attached story is long on allegations and short on supporting factual content as to the direct involvement of Cheney's office in this particular operation (although I don't doubt the truth of it for a moment, since Cheney is the president for all practical purposes), there can be no reasonable doubt that there is absolutely no way that an American bomber can be loaded with a nuclear weapon by accident. Nuclear weapons are separately painted, clearly identified, stored in separate areas and administered with the greatest security by highly trained personnel who, understandably, take their jobs very seriously. Thus, while some of the allegations in the attached story have yet to be substantiated, the fact that the Air Force has admitted that nuclear weapons were placed on the wings of one of our B-52s can only mean one of three things: either
(1) the Bush-Cheney crime family is preparing to launch an unprovoked thermonuclear attack on Iran or
(2) they are preparing a second bogus "terrorist" nuclear attack against American cities in order to consolidate their power and that of those who control them, up to and including the declaration of martial law, suspension of the Constitution (or what little is left of it after the Patriot Act and other travesties) and suspension of the upcoming election or
(3) there was some sort of Dr. Strangelove situation going on wherein some Air Force officers with enough clout to carry it off ordered that the bombs be put in place without presidential authorization with the intention that they be used in the contemplated attack on Iran so that the President would have "plausible deniability." I do not for a moment believe that this third option is what happened and am confident that the nukes were mounted on the bomber with the consent of the National Command Authority (an polite way of saying that those two little weasels Bush and Cheney knew about it).
Whichever scenario turns out to be the case, there is simply no rational explanation for nuclear weapons being found on an American bomber that is not sinister and that does not bode ill for the future of America, Americans and the world.
These animals need to be stopped. Now. And, if necessary, to quote an earlier presidential advisor to Teddy Roosevelt, "Let's not ruin the beauty of the thing with legality." Just stop 'em!

FTW - October 9, 2001 – Although uniformly ignored by the mainstream U.S. media, there is abundant and clear evidence that a number of transactions in financial markets indicated specific (criminal) foreknowledge of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. In the case of at least one of these trades -- which has left a $2.5 million prize unclaimed -- the firm used to place the “put options” on United Airlines stock was, until 1998, managed by the man who is now in the number three Executive Director position at the Central Intelligence Agency.
Until 1997 A.B. “Buzzy” Krongard had been Chairman of the investment bank A.B. Brown. A.B. Brown was acquired by Banker’s Trust in 1997. Krongard then became, as part of the merger, Vice Chairman of Banker’s Trust-AB Brown, one of 20 major U.S. banks named by Senator Carl Levin this year as being connected to money laundering. Krongard’s last position at Banker’s Trust (BT) was to oversee “private client relations.” In this capacity he had direct hands-on relations with some of the wealthiest people in the world in a kind of specialized banking operation that has been identified by the U.S. Senate and other investigators as being closely connected to the laundering of drug money.
Krongard joined the CIA in 1998 as counsel to CIA Director George Tenet. He was promoted to CIA Executive Director by President Bush in March of this year. BT was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 1999. The combined firm is the single largest bank in Europe. And, as we shall see, Deutsche Bank played several key roles in events connected to the September 11 attacks.
