Dear Kent,
Well, it appears that Col. Walter Haut finally backed up Col. Jesse Marcel, Sr., (everyone calls him "Major," but he continued to be promoted after Roswell) on the Roswell incident, including verifying that he saw the bodies. Unfortunately, his testimony comes to us in a posthumous affidavit that was only to be opened after his death last year. It was an ongoing source of frustration to Marcel that Haut refused to come clean on the Roswell incident. Well, now, in a way, he has. Isn't it a sad commentary on the state of American news media that this story is being run only in a British newspaper? Our controlled press left the First Amendment behind long ago. This is a story that should be front page news all over the country, but only the UFO fringe will know about it, as usual.

7) - One of the strangest moons in our solar system is Hyperion, a Saturnian
satellite so pockmarked by deep craters that it looks like a giant, rotating
bath sponge adrift in space. New image analyses suggest the moon's odd appearance
is the result of a highly porous surface that preserves craters, allowing
them to remain nearly as pristine as the day they were created.
Hyperion is all kinds of weird. It is one of the largest non-spherical bodies in the solar system. The moon is oval shaped and about 250 miles at its widest point. Unlike most of Saturn's other satellites, it is not tidally locked to the ringed-planet. Earth's moon is tidally locked, which is why we always see the same face of it. Instead, Hyperion undergoes "chaotic rotation," meaning its axis of rotation shifts so much that scientists can't reliably predict its orientation in space. |

I'm encouraged by all the various efforts being made to develop alternative energy sources - including alternative means of extracting hydrogen for an eventual 'hydrogen economy'. Issues with various means of extracting hydrogen are typically twofold - the energy required for such extraction (energy and infrastructure overhead), and the sheer quantity (tonnage) required to fuel a planet-wide hydrogen economy (the tonnage is enormous and current commercial means don't even come close to being able to economically supply that much hydrogen). We need a technology that we can piece together at home. The only thing I've seen so far is bio-fuel from Ag waste in Maui, not to mention the French Fry car. Also some individuals claim homemade hydrogen onboard generators but are having trouble with some kind of corrosion or metal-freeze, something like that. The guy that is burning saltwater begs the question concerning energy required for the RF. Truthfully I am not that tech-literate so I simply chronicle reports whatever they are.--Kent |

Kent, I have been following this "free energy" subject for about 20 years. Being a trained engineer, I have had my doubts and have come across not a few scams and downright nonsense. Yet, I have kept some hope that one day a real "over-unity" device might be made, however dim the hope. I think you may have posted articles on this company in Ireland, Steorn. I found this today posted on Rense. It looks good but I have to think that it is highly possible that there may be a "plant" in the group of scientists working on testing the device. At the very least, look for a divided report (due, I think, in September). Also, if it turns out to be the real deal, look for governments to confiscate the technology in the name of "national security." Interesting that this is happening in Ireland. I wonder what their laws are concerning patents and the like...More
