Subject: The Caribbean controled by HAARP?

Date: 10/4/2006 2:04:56 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time

Hi Kent,

I have noticed something strange on the USGS - Live Internet Seismic Server.

  http://aslwww.cr.usgs.gov/Seismic_Data/heli2.shtml

The Caribbean Network (USGS) particularly Government Hill, Barbados

  http://aslwww.cr.usgs.gov/Seismic_Data/telemetry_data/BBGH_24hr.html

is giving strange data. I believe it started at 09-22-2006, but I am not sure.
Al the time it is giving the same pattern.
  - 39 min interval
  -  5 min pulse
  - same wave form and amplitude
Perhaps this has something to do with HAARP?
It looks like the temperature of the seawater is controled by bringing energy
in it, so they can change the path of upcoming hurricanes.
It is strange, till now all the tropical storms and hurricanes are drifting
away from the Caribbean to the Atlantic Ocean.

Presa de Sabaneta, Dominican Republic, the second station is giving no data at
all for two weeks, but the message:

Data from station SDDR (Presa de Sabaneta, Dominican Republic)
  Sorry, telemetry data is presently
  unavailable for this station

The station Tegucigalpa, Honduras is messing up for 2 or 3 days.

I am not sure, but perhaps this something important.

Regards,

Jan Phandael. (the Netherlands)
