I have a job that most would run from, but I must try for the good in this.
I have been involved in secret opperations, have had the security clearances,and
been in command, SILENCE.
Maybe the general public can do what I can not, I don't know.......

........part o proof is the HAARP project in the north. It is an antenna aray that is set to send ELF (extreemly low frequencies) into the upper atmosphere for experimental reasons. This means that our Government has some working knowledge of this technology.
If you turn this around and point it at the ground, you can get the same effect as Seattle.
The other part of the proof you already have. The pendulum shows exact effects. Notice how the center is inconsistant?...just goes all over? That is true free movement in a quake. Now notice the outer part, see how it is all uniform?....it should be like the center, but isn't even close to the random pattern that should be there. This means this was man made!
We can not jeopardize our information sources, we like them alive, easier to get the info that way.
Is that enough? I can give an overview of the aiming and reflectivity needed to use this weapon, to round out a short talk if needed.
The only problem is that most all this is classified by several military groups, and they will mess with us about it. Be prepared.

I have dealt professionally with high energy lasers, high power microwave weapons and particle beam devices. What Drake Bailey is describing, whether true in this instance or not, is not a joke. Let me guess....you are about 27 yrs. old and you work as a copywriter for

You may think I'm 26 and a copywriter with science fiction leanings. That's your opinion, though. Here are the facts.
I'm 46, the son of a retired Senior Scientist at Hughes who spent some 40
years in military aerospace working on a variety of highly advanced
radar, infrared, laser and countermeasure projects. I spent from 1978-1984
at what was then Hughes Aircraft Company, Missile Systems Group, Canoga Park,
California. While there I worked in Operations Analysis on the AMRAAM, AIM-54
Phoenix, Roland, Maverick, TOW, GBU-15, WASP, ASSAULT BREAKER and many other
programs. My work involved some performance modeling but was chiefly concerned
with Soviet threat characterization and assessment. I was consulted from
time to time by Dr. Hans Mauer, Chief Technology Officer for Hughes Missile
Systems Group.
Late in 1984, following interviews with such entities as Northrop Advanced Systems in Pico Rivera, California (designers of the B-2 Stealth), I accepted a position as Soviet Threat Analyst at what was then Rockwell International Corporation, North American Aircraft (later Aerospace) Operations in El Segundo, California. There were some internal changes, as a result of which I did a considerable amount of work on Readiness and Support on the Rockwell version of what's now the F-22 Raptor. I also did a great deal of work on aircraft/aircrew protection against NBC threats and lasers. Once I finally got out of R & S work, I worked extensively on B-1B conventional capability studies, on AC-130U gunship threat laydowns, where I did such a good job that if the customer had officially commented upon it, it would've exceeded program classification limits; I had rooms full of huge map mosaics on which I had as many as eight classified overlays covering the disposition of Warsaw Pact air defenses, fighter and bomber fields, command bunkers, etc. I was a founding member of the Rockwell Directed Energy Weapon Working Group, worked on threat characterization for an advanced A-10 replacement aircraft and was handpicked to spearhead the threat definition for the military derivatives of the National AeroSpace Plane. This task involved studying the Soviet perception of, declaratory policy regarding, and capabilities to interfere with, damage or destroy the NDV (NASP Derivative Vehicle) at all levels from commando attacks on the spaceport to beam weapon and antisatellite attacks in LEO (Low Earth Orbit). I left Rockwell and war work in June 1989.
If you're still not convinced of my bonafides I direct you to the Academy Award winning documentary "The Panama Deception," which covers what we weren't told about why we attacked Panama and the horrific things done there, some involving highly advanced energy weapons. I have a credit in that film as Primary Researcher. I stepped in after Jack Adriance died just as the primary film shoot ended.

Just kidding, but I do have a question for you. A couple of years ago Dick Hoagland was on Art Bell with a man that was talking about Scalar waves. This man sounded like he was in his 50's and had what sounded like a Texas accent. Any ideas on who it was? He had a very big Chess Club brain, I could barely keep up with him.

The gentleman you heard was doubtless Tom Bearden. He holds a Master's in Nuclear Engineering, was the Defense Intelligence Agency's top man on air defense command and control, particularly the application of artificial intellingence systems, is a pioneer researcher in antigravity work and the whole New Energy paradigm, and is an intellect of such towering stature that he has identified deficiencies in the fundamental laws of logic. After leaving the DIA he worked for years for Computer Sciences Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama, again as an air defense command and control expert. I think he's involved in multiple ventures now.
He concentrates primarily on New Energy, having been "convinced" that further revelations on advanced weaponry (scalar weapons) and anitgravity appplications, not theory, would be "bad for his health." Be sure to visit the various sites with his work that people have posted. Tom Bearden has written whole papers on such topics as extracting energy from the vacuum, complete with rigorous footnotes from dozens of peer-reviewed scientific journals. I've spent three hours at senminars listening to him and chatted with him afterwards. The man is a modern day Einstein, and is recognized as such by the Chicago Research Group I mentioned earlier when discussing scalar weapons. The Group consists of top scientists from all over the world who clandestinely monitor and report on technological and scientific developments which threaten people and planet alike.
By the way, Tom Bearden looks like a giant version of Dom Deluise. When I saw this great bear of a man in the 1980s he wore a white guayabera and punctuated statements with phrases like "like de Cajun say," promptly followed thereafter with a chapter and verse verbatim quote from a 1956 Soviet physics journal addressing new interpretations of Special Relativity.
