ART BELL ARCHIVES A General in the military Said that the government is trying to bring out info about UFO and alien contact slowly. He said if we knew the truth we wouldn't be able to handle it all at once. He said that there is a base underground in California north of LA that is 10-15 stories deep. This base works on Nuclear engines and has major connections with aliens. There is also a very strong indication that cloned humans could be here as well, working for the government as soldiers. He said that for years we have had the ability to be able to go from one side of the country to the other at unbelievable speed. He also commented that several of the so called "earthquakes" in California are not earthquakes, but nuclear testing at this base in the ground.
