DUCK CIRCLES

In an apparent twist to the usual crop circles found around the world, a
new manifestation of UFO activity has emerged.

    Today in Canmore, Alberta, Canada, being the twentieth of March
1999, Hans Russell and Jean Pierre Godard were on their way at
approximately four pm Mountain Time, to have a treat of pie and coffee
at the local PetroCan Restaurant.

    For the first few blocks of the trip, Hans was thinking about the
recounting of a sighting made by Jean Pierre at about six am the same
day. There was a total of four vehicles stopped, to observe a
cylindrical craft with golden flashing lights traversing the sky at high
altitude and high speed.

    Then approaching a body of frozen water, there could be seen numerous
ducks and several people. Hans took notice of the fact that the ducks were 
arranged in an unusual pattern. Having asked Jean Pierre to stop at a nearby 
parking-lot, Hans then left the vehicle, and both men proceeded to approach the ducks.

    What could be seen was that there was a circle of roughly fifty to
seventy feet diameter, almost perfectly round, with the outer two to
three feet occupied by somewhere near four hundred ducks.
So it would be a ring as it were, made of ducks, sitting on the ice.
There were some people wandering about among the ducks.

    Is this a new trend in the crop circle phenomenon, to replace plants
with creatures?
