Date: 97-05-01 14:27:31 EDT (Name of sender withheld) The photo was taken approximately two weeks prior to the Oklahoma bombing. Approximately one week later the pilot flew over the same area and the encampment was gone. The encampment was located within Camp Gruber, north-east of Braggs, Oklahoma. You can tell that the camp had just been built. There are also two (2) large portable chemical tanks located on site. ---------------------------------------------------------- Subj: Re: piml] Ryder truck in strange quarters? Date: 97-05-02 20:27:47 EDT (Name of sender withheld) Kent, I have (withheld), my uncle, and Norio discussing the situation. (withheld) is the one who is in actual contact with the pilot. Hopefully we can get the pilot on Art's show. Wonder what happened? Suddenly no answer at their house phone. Norio might know more at this moment. Wonder if the Texas stand-off has any bearing, maybe they mustered out-- just a wild guess. Plot thickens. Just the webguy, not that big on politics. Kent --------------------------------------------------------- Kent, I had to step out. (Name withheld) did not get back in time. The number that Norio is calling is not our home phone. It is the offices of the (Name withheld) Also, apparently the pilot has signed a contract with book publisher and video producer. The conversation (Name withheld) had with him was not very congenial. Will see what next week brings. Have a good weekend. Sincerely, (Name of sender withheld) --------------------------------------------------------- Subj: Re: IMAGES: (Fwd) Latest on OKC (Ryder Truck) Photo Date: 97-05-04 13:41:52 EDT (Name of sender withheld) There are a few things that confuse me about this. 1: The area of "the base" is too clean. 2: There does not appear to be any discernable entrance to the compound 3: Wouldn't it be logical for the truck to be backed into the tent 4: I did a little research on the site and found another copy of the image entitled ftbrag2.jpg it can be found at http://members.aol.com/bardsquill/ftbrag2.jpg if this is the case was this image really shot in OK or was it shot at Fort Bragg believe in North Carolina. 5: There appears to be some sort of writing in red ink on the bottom of the image I can't seem to enhance it enough to read it but someone else may be able to. This is my first time posting to this list. I know I may get flamed for being a non-believer, but I find this to be unbelievable. >> (Name of sender withheld) Thanks for your commentary. I'd advise that you write Norio Hayakawa about the above questions. I have also asked about the ftbrag.jpg which Norio uploaded to me, and he mentioned a town nearby the alleged base. Perhaps he can further clarify. For a while yesterday I included the ftbrag.jpg image on the website, but decided the graphic quality was too grainy and withdrew the link in hopes to produce a better scan; however, I left the image at the site on purpose, perhaps to use later. I can assure you that I personally have received considerable correspondence from key people in Montana concerning the identity (as yet unknown to myself) of the pilot. I have hopes that this pilot-photographer will soon surface. If so, there is at least one notable radio talk show host that will offer immediate audience. Please forward your questions to Norio Hayakawa, GroomWatch@aol.com. To assist I will CC this email. Also I'll try to enhance the red ink at the bottom of the image. I am looking at the hard copy this very moment, and yes, I can see the faint image (letters?) although didn't notice before. Thanks for this clue. If I can extract anything legible I will post on the website. I would encourage anyone out there with high-tech image resolution equipment to help out. Meanwhile, upon authorization, I will continue to post updates in the "notes from email" section of the website. Kent Steadman Webmaster The Truck http://members.aol.com/bardsquill/truck.htm -------------------------------------------------------------- Subj: Comments on Aerial Photo by NORIO HAYAKAWA Date: 97-05-04 15:48:31 EDT Hello, (name withheld) Thanks for your interest in these photos. To answer your question about the red writing at the bottom of the photo, it says: in scribbled handwriting: 4 - 95 CAMP Gruber Braggs Okla That is what it says on the (2nd generation) photocopy that I first received. In other words, the photos that are on the web-site are 2nd generation color photocopies. Yes,(name withheld), I believe that the location of that CAMP Gruber is slightly northeast of Braggs, Oklahoma. Braggs is located slightly east of Muskogee, Oklahoma. All I can say, (name withheld), is that the photos are interesting, to say the least!! As far as the yellow Ryder truck parked toward the tent and not backed up toward the tent, who knows why? Also, those whitish walls completely enclose the whole area......and therein lies the mystery. This definitely looks like a temporary enclosure. So no entrance. Until the pilot comes out in the public, all we can do is speculate. All we are told is that the pilot took these photos about two weeks before the Oklahoma bombing. ONe week later (after he took the photo), the pilot allegedly flew over the same area and the encampment was gone. Then one week later, the Oklahoma bombing took place. This may have NOTHING to do with the Oklahoma boming............but again, who knows? Remember that these photos are 2nd generation color photocopies. Anyway, that's all I can think of , right now. from NORIO ------------------------------------------------------ Editors note: The following is published publically in a mirror forum at: http://www.future.net/~thetruth/thetruck.txt with full name and title; however, I will maintain anonymity here. >Date: 04 May 97 09:22:11 EDT (Name of sender withheld) >(name withheld), > >I know who took the photo.
